Do you provide free quotes?
Free quotes are provided for all car body repairs. A free quote can be obtained for your car body repair via telephone, email or through a visit by a technician.

Can you come to me to carry out the repair?
All repairs are carried out at your chosen address as long as it is in our covered area. The technician requires a power supply to carry out the car body repair so please ensure that this is available. |

How far do you travel to carry out a car body repair?
The areas covered include Hertfordshire, Essex, North and East London. We can also cover parts of Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and other parts of London depending on the job.

Can I buy paint from you?
Yes, you can buy paint from us for touching in small chips and scratches. However, once we have carried out a car body repair for you , we leave the remainder pot of paint for you to use as you wish.

Will the work you carry out look perfect?
The majority of the work we carry out will look perfect, but sometimes the damage can be too severe to make it perfect again. The technician will discuss this with you during the quote and before any work is carried out on your car body repair. |

Do I get a receipt?
A receipt is given for all car body repair work carried out. This is also your guarantee as well as proof of purchase. |

Can I send you an image of my damage for a quote?
Yes, please send us an email and any image to sales@carbodyrepairs-uk.info. We will then send you a quote via your email for your car body repair. |

What sort of paint do you use?
Our current paint system is solvent based, but due to new EU regulations a new water based system will be introduced in 2008 for all car body repairs. |

How can I pay you?
We currently accept cash and cheques as form of payment for your car body repair. We are looking into purchasing a new system for accepting credit and debit cards. |

Do you do crash repairs?
We are unable to fix severe crash repairs, but we can fix most dents and all scratches and scuffs. Please contact us to discuss your repair. |
